FreeSurveysUK, ("We", "Yesfree.com", "FreeSurveysUK") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

FreeSurveysUKs.com is owned and operated by Yesfree.com, LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company.

1. BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP. To maintain a Membership in the Yesfree.com Service, You must meet the following requirements and Yesfree.com reserves the right to terminate the Membership of anyone who fails to meet these requirements on an ongoing basis.

By enrolling in and/or using the FreeSurveysUK.com, you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership in FreeSurveysUK.com shall conform to its terms and conditions. To Participate in Surveys from FreeSurveysUK.com you must be a valid for UK Residents only.  You must be 18 year of age to qualify. One entry per person, per household.

2. MEMBER’S INFORMATION: Member must provide valid and truthful information; . Member must provide this same valid accurate information to advertiser or partner when completing any offer presented by or in conjunction with FreeSurveysUK.com. We reserves the right to terminate any account containing untruthful information or providing untruthful information to its advertisers or Partners in the process of completing any offer presented.

3 ENROLLMENT. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, FreeSurveysUK  at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

4. Newsletters and Emails - By signing up for our service, you agree to receive our newsletter and offers to take surveys and other money making opportunities. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out at any time, by clicking on the opt-out link in the email messages you receive from FreeSurveysUKs.

5. Payments - FreeSurveysUKs minimum payment is £30.  Once you have £35 or more in your account, we will send you payment via Paypal. We make payments in increments of $30.  We will make your first payment when you account reaches £30 of more.    We will make your 2nd $30 payment when you accoun balance reaches £60 or more. FreeSurveysUKs offers cash incentives to members in exchange for completing surveys and signup for trial offers. Your Account is credit with $4 for registering. Members won't be eligible for cash incentives by only completing the surveys. Signing up for the offers, advertised by our partners, is necessary in order to be eligible for cash incentives. If you complete a survey and sign up for the corresponding offer, it will take up to 8 weeks to receive the cash funds from the advertiser. Please do not delete the confirmation emails you receive from the advertisers. These confirmation emails are required in order for us to investigate if your account is not credited in 8 weeks. The funds will be sent to the paypal e-mail address registered on file with FreeSurveysUKs. If your e-mail address changes and funds have already been sent to your e-mail address on file,  FreeSurveysUK cannot redirect the funds to your new address. You can change your paypal e-mail address in FreeSurveysUKs at any time. Only one account per person and accounts can not be transferred or combined.

NO REDEMPTION OF CASH UNTIL YOU HAVE ACCRUED AT LEAST THIRTY DOLLARS IN YOUR ACCOUNT ($30.00) (THE “MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT”). THE TERMS “CASH,” “DOLLARS,” AND SIMILAR TERMS ARE USED INTERCHANGEABLY IN THIS WEBSITE. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO REDEEM THE “CASH” IN YOUR ACCOUNT, AND WE HAVE NO LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO PAY YOU WHATSOEVER, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU HAVE ACCRUED AT LEAST THE MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT IN YOUR ACCOUNT. UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU HAVE ACCRUED THE MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT, SUCH “CASH” IS DEEMED A CONTINGENT LIABILITY, THAT IS ENTIRELY CONTINGENT UPON: (1) YOUR ACCRUAL OF AT LEAST THE MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT IN YOUR ACCOUNT, AND (2) YOUR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE REACHES THE MINIMUM PAYMENT AMOUNT, THE “CASH” IN YOUR ACCOUNT HAS NO CASH VALUE.

6. Disqualification: FreeSurveysUK is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; miscommunications; failed telephone or computer transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this website will be disqualified from participating in survey and their membership with FreeSurveysUK, if any, will be revoked. If your age group is already full, or if one of your initial answers does not meet the survey criteria, there is a chance you will not be able to take the survey, and will not be paid. It is possible that the survey may abruptly end. If this happens then you unfortunately do not qualify for a particular reason and will not be paid. FreeSurveysUK is not responsible if your computer freezes, or you do not have the appropriate software installed on your computer to participate in these survey. FreeSurveysUK may invalidate a member's participation in particular survey if the survey is not completed within an allotted time frame or if any of the answers are deemed invalid during the FreeSurveysUK validation procedures. Payments will not be made for any survey in which a member's participation is invalidated.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Web site, the Web site's contents, and the marketing offers that we present on behalf of our marketing partners, advertisers, and other third parties are provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to them. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Web site or these marketing offers; any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content contained on the Web site or in these marketing offers; any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Web site or acceptance of or participation in these marketing offers; or any conduct by users of the Web site. We disclaim all representations and warranties, including, for example, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our Web site or these marketing offers is accurate, complete or current. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In no event shall Yesfree.com, LLC, its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Yesfree.com, LLC shall be held harmless for any of the offers it presents on behalf of its marketing partners, advertisers, and third parties to consumers and cannot be held responsible for any circumstance relating to these offers, including, but not limited to, the availability of product inventory, the time necessary to fulfill special offers, any representation or omission regarding such special offers, the privacy policies associated with any special offers, or any other circumstance related to the special offers that we send to consumers. For questions about any aspect of these offers, please contact the provider of the relevant offer. Indemnification Member agrees to indemnify and hold Yesfree.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees relating to use of Yesfee.com or violation of this Agreement.

8. Laws  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, or the interpretation, making, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Salisbury, North Carolina, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This contract shall be governed by the law of the State of North Carolina, excluding its conflict of law principles. The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by federal arbitration law and by the Rules, without reference to state arbitration law. Member and Yesfree.com agree that, any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, neither party will request, and the arbitrators shall have no authority to award, punitive or exemplary damages against the other party. This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Yesfree.com and Member relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter. If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by the arbitrators to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Yesfree.com's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Yesfree.com in writing.

9. MEMBER ETIQUETTE. Member agrees not to use, or attempt to use, any part of FreeSurveysUKs or the presentations for other purposes including but not limited to, tampering, hacking, spoofing, using robots or scripts, copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise corrupting the administration, security, or proper function of any part of FreeSurveysUKs or the presentations. Member also agrees not to make any attempt to earn or redeem earnings in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement, including without limitation attempting to earn earnings through other than legitimate channels as described on the FreeSurveysUKs website, participating in purchasing or redemption fraud, or tampering with FreeSurveysUKs links. FreeSurveysUKs reserves the right to terminate any account violating this Agreement.

10. TIME LIMIT. If a User's Account remains inactive for a period of 3 months without being reactivated, their Account will be permanently removed and all earnings will be forfeited.

11. NO PAYMENT GUARANTEE. FreeSurveysUKs does NOT guarantee that a member will receive credit for a completed survey and offer. FreeSurveysUKs will make reasonable efforts to track and report your signing up for offers but does not guarantee the precision of the process. We reserves the right to refuse the credit to members for offers for variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, Lack of appropriate information, Improper signup, Improper browser settings, Errors in third party reporting, and / or any other reason.

12. Anti-Spam Policy: Persons who generate or attempt to generate referrals through spamming will be disqualified from receiving any payments from FreeSurveysUKs, including payments for their own participation in survey and for the participation of any members they referred to FreeSurveysUKs. FreeSurveysUKs will revoke the membership of any persons who spam information about FreeSurveysUKs and those persons will be permanently disqualified from future membership and from any other participation with FreeSurveysUKs.
